Provided scheduling and project controls support for the Airport Modernization Program (AMP) Terminal Cores at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Responsibilities included CPM schedule review and updates, progress monitoring, and coordination with multiple contractors and stakeholders. Supported phasing and sequencing within active terminal and secure/sterile environments, ensuring alignment with airport operations, passenger flow, and safety requirements. Contributed to maintaining schedule performance across a multi-phase, complex modernization program, including coordination of night work and off-peak work windows, minimizing disruption to ongoing airport activities.
