Responsibilities included CPM schedule reviews and updates, progress monitoring, and coordination with contractors and project stakeholders. Supported phasing and sequencing in a high-traffic, operationally sensitive environment, including coordination with landside access, transportation systems, and adjacent airport operations. Contributed to maintaining schedule performance across a multi-package project, ensuring alignment with program milestones and minimizing disruption to ongoing airport and passenger circulation activities.
