A Word from president
Every construction project needs a realistic plan, clear priorities, and a team that understands what comes next. At UM Planners, we believe scheduling and project controls should give people practical information they can use to make better decisions every day.
Through my scheduling work on LAWA, JWA, CVG, LA Metro, and LAUSD programs, I have seen how early coordination and honest conversations about risk can shape project outcomes. A useful schedule connects the work in the field with the decisions, resources, and commitments needed to move it forward.
That is the approach we bring to every UMP assignment. We take time to understand your project, ask the right questions, and provide clear analysis you can act on. Our commitment is to be a dependable partner who helps your team anticipate challenges and move forward with confidence.
