The CVG Capital Improvement Program encompasses a wide range of projects designed to modernize airport facilities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the passenger experience. Projects include new and upgraded baggage-handling systems, elevators, escalators, lighting, and wayfinding signage, as well as improvements to parking structures, taxiways, terminal facilities, and other critical landside and airside infrastructure. Delivered through Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Job Order Contracting methods, the program requires careful planning, coordination, scheduling, and phased construction to minimize disruptions and maintain safe, continuous airport operations.
