Provided   project controls and scheduling support for the Consolidated Rent-A-Car   (ConRAC) facility at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Supported   development and review of CPM schedules, progress monitoring, and   coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholders. Contributed to   phasing and sequencing strategies for a   complex, multi-package project delivered within an active airport environment, ensuring alignment with operational constraints   and program milestones.
