Provided project controls and scheduling support for the design phase of the California High-Speed Rail   program. Responsibilities included CPM schedule development and review,   progress tracking, and coordination with design teams and stakeholders. Supported design-phase planning, sequencing, and milestone alignment, ensuring integration between design deliverables, stakeholder inputs, and program timelines. Contributed to maintaining schedule performance and visibility   across a complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure program, supporting informed decision-making during early project development.
