Provided   project controls and CPM scheduling support for the John Wayne Airport   Capital Improvement Program. Responsibilities include baseline schedule   development and review, schedule updates, progress monitoring, and   coordination with multiple stakeholders including airport operations,   consultants, and contractors. Supported   program-level planning, phasing, and schedule alignment across multiple concurrent projects to ensure minimal   disruption to ongoing airport operations.
