Provided scheduling and project controls support for the ITF West (Intermodal Transportation Facility West) at Los Angeles International   Airport (LAX). Responsibilities included CPM schedule reviews and updates, progress monitoring, and coordination with contractors and project stakeholders. Supported phasing and sequencing in a high-traffic, operationally sensitive environment, including coordination with landside   access, transportation systems, and adjacent airport operations.   Contributed to maintaining schedule performance across a multi-package project, ensuring alignment with program milestones and minimizing disruption to ongoing airport and passenger circulation   activities.
