UMP provided CPM scheduling services including development and review of contractor schedules, critical path analysis, and preparation of schedule updates. The team supported phased construction planning to allow continued use of portions of the facility during construction. UMP monitored progress, evaluated schedule performance, and provided recommendations to maintain milestone dates while coordinating multiple trades within a constrained campus environment.
